Secure Organisation corporate directory data in SAP Integration Suite

Hi Experts,

We have an interface to fetch the employee details from Corporate Directory of a company with 100 records each time and send them to S4HANA. Currently we have this interface done in SAP PO 7.5 single stack. If there are more than 100 records then we need fetch only first 100 records then next 100 in another iteration and so on. We have acheived this requirement using NWBPM in SAP PO. Currently we are planning to migrate this interface to SAP Integration Suite and I have below question regarding this interface to migrate to SAP IS.

1. Currently SAP PO fetches records Organisation Corporate Directory using certificate based authentication, but if we use CPI to build this interface.Then how do we secure the Corporate Directory URL while building the interface in SAP IS. Can we use OAuth to implement this interface to have Multi Factor Authentication?

2. Could you please suggest effective solution to build iflow in CPI to acheive this requirement and avoid any performance issues? Thank you!
