SC - Approval Process Overview Error - Strategy XXXXX did not determine any approvers

Hi Experts,

From Fiori App after approving Shopping Cart, SC is approved successfully.

But when I open same SC and go to 'Approval Process Overview' tab I see for First Level Approval an error saying 'Strategy ZRR_SC_FUND1’ did not determine any approver'.

But when I approve SC from Portal(not in fiori front end) then there is no problem.

I found a BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER but no idea how to debug it.

I placed external break point in this BADI implemented code but still no debugging is happening.

Please let me know if there is any possibility to debug this.
