My challenge is: how to include in placeholder LAST INTERACTION MESSAGE (not date!).
When ticket is reopen, i send to owner email with link to ticket and subject. In fields i didn't find any option to show last interaction MESSAGE. I found only Ticket description which show first message of interaction, not last.
Any suggestion?
