SAP Printer problem

Hi Experts,

We are facing a problem while printing delivery plan , if it is having more than one we need to click that much time the ok button to print the document

how to suppress the Dialog Box and print directly to the printer with out clicking the OK button .

we need help as we need to print more than 100 print at a time

Hi Roy.

For this you can create the output print device in SAP system. either from the application or you can check this option to define the output device name on the user id default settings as mention below snapshot for reference.

I had already put printer device in user default tab

Thanks for your info. You have to control popup from the application. you can refer the SCN thread for SAP MM Skip pop up window while printing the smartform | SCN
