SAP IAG, IPS: Provisioning to cloud system

Please advise if SAP IPS can provision to cloud apps without SAP IAG. And if so, please help how.

Yes, it can be achieved via IPS directly using "Source/Target" systems. For detailed configuration, you can refer to guide:

Hi Shivam, i did ask to SAP. But they said, SAP cases are not for consulting. and asked me to post in SCN

Source/Target model does not involve Access requests and approvals. So, how can provisioning happen to cloud apps without IAG ?

Can it happen via GRC alone? i don't think so, because GRC alone cannot provision to cloud apps
