SAC Advance formula to Calculate KF for different Aggregation Levels

Hello

I am New to Advance Formulas and struggling to calculate KF Forecast_Ratio. This should be calculated by Sum of SalesOutput at Mat_Line level / Sales_Forecast) * 100.

Dimensions Date, CompCode, SalesGroup, Cust.type have story filters with Single selection and Other dimensions Territory Office, Mat Line. MatGroup are Multiple selections by user.

I couldn't able to use Territory Office, Mat Line. MatGroup dimensions at Member set level due to user selection.

I use FOREACH to loop Territory Office, Mat Line dimensions to calculate Forecast_Ratio but it seems code is not working. I am not sure FOREEACH required for my scenario.
