Rule Policies in ITSM

Hi all

I have a requirement:

Using the Rule Policies tool, fill custom field in ZMRQ with the value from field "Sold-To Party", provided that it is not equal to a certain value.

I would like to do without abap

There is a very convenient tool Rule Policies

But there is no "Sold-To Party" in the attributes, which would allow me to specify a condition.

In transaction CRMC_ERMS_REPOSITORY I see that you can add an attribute, but I’m at a loss. I don't know what value should be specified in these columns.

Hello daurenn,

Can you use 'Customer' from the drop down and assign the SOLD TO PARTY Business Partner.
