Hi All,
I am getting a blank screen when I login to Desktop Agent. And the warning message on Desktop Agent says "Waiting for user to enter credentials". Same is the case when I start it after a restart and shutdown of Desktop agent. I've gone through these links given below which is related to this issue.

I've also added the Mass Registration Path as shown in this link below.
I am using Chrome browser. I am logging in to Desktop Agent with my SAP global password, these are the same credentials to connect to BTP where iRPA instance is running.
1. Screen 1 - Showing my login credentials
2. Screen 2 - The URL that I am giving to login
3. Screen 3 - This are two the blank popup screens that I get after logging in. Nothing happens after I get this screen.
4. Screen 4 - When I click on About button.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.
