Scheduling WebI report with 2 prompts from Bex

Hi All,

I am struck in a weird issue.I have a Webi report with 2 prompts Date and Plant (Both from Bex). I need to schedule report daily. By default date Pompt is populated as current date-1 using Customer Exit in Bex Query.

I purged the data with all prompts and saved the report.

While creating a schedule , In parameters tab I dint provide anything. and report is scheduled as per requirement always taking current date-1 .

Now i need to schedule the same report for different plants.Say A and B. When I create 2 different schedules One for plant A and other for B(Changing plant in Parameters tab of schedule). Report takes the same date daily. It don't change the date as per BI query.

Please help me in achieving this.

Date - 06/04/2015

Plant  A

Schedule 2

Date - 06/04/2015

Plant  B

Tomorrow

Schedule 1

Date - 07/04/2015

Plant  A

Schedule 2

Date - 07/04/2015

Hi Sheetal,

Don't fix any value to the date prompt in the schedule.Leave the date prompt blank(assume it is optional) .

I am not fixing any value in date. But it automatically take current date -1 as per today, and use the same for tomorrow also(Dont update). and if I remove it, i am not able to schedule the report as the date field is mandatory.
