SAP Workflow CustomAttributeData

Is there anyone who tried to add a CustomAttributeData on the Workflow?

Am I right that in order to add a field in the CustomAttributeData you should add the field in the Task's Attributes tab? 

In order to check the changes, I must create a new instance, right? As the existing instance will not be affected of the changes made.

Hi Sje,

yes, custom attributes data are bound to the version of the workflow instance and to the very task instance. The values are recorded per task instance, on task creation, so that you will have new attributes only on task instances that were created using the changed workflow definition. And that in turn means that you need to start a new workflow instance which takes the active / last workflow definition as its blueprint.
