SAP BW/4HANA deployment options on cloud

Hi All,

Do we have a comparison of the cloud deployment options for BW/4HANA. We are trying to analyze various factors across each option i.e Azure, AWS and HEC. PLease throw some light on pros and cons that can guide the approach

I have similar question-

I have gone through the links in this post.

Can we deploy BW4HANA on public cloud? As BW4HANA is an on-premise system can be hosted on cloud. What I am not clear with is if this On-prem system be deployed on Public Cloud (infrastructure).

In one of the link its mentioned that BW4HANA can be deployed on HEC which SAP Private managed cloud. So, what I am not sure if one goes for AWS, Google, Azure etc. then can we deploy on public cloud and not a private cloud subscription.

One more supplement question: What does the Starter ADD-on does ? is it an utility ?

It enables the features of the SAP BW/4HANA Transfer Toolbox for doing the conversion.
