Portal Login Page Customization using NWDS 7.3

Hi Everyone,

I need to change the branding image of portal (7.3).

I have followed

After deployment, there is no change on my portal, it still shows the old branding image.

Deployment msg  is successful.

Please help.

This should work actually, are you sure to have modifed the alias of your login page properly?

Yes i have modifed alias, in NWA portal, with the same name of context root in NWDS. but still no change in portal.

What can be the reason for this.

Ok, if you are sure to 100% you have done anything right, I would raise an OSS. But Im a bit sceptic if this is really a product error, since the logon page and customizing of it are common tasks and I didnt face a EP version with any bugs regarding this task.

1935486 - NetWeaver Portal 7.3X/7.4 and custom logon screens

It includes explanations about how to customize the logon screen, with few relevant references, and also some troubleshooting, and some configurations I suggest to check (in case of leftovers from an upgrade for example).

Sorry for coming back that late on your question Gaurav, your last answer was removed by mods and Im not able to see it unfortunately. Have you got your logon customizing working properly meanwhile?
