Opening an app in new tab using Cross App navigation

Dear Experts,

I am using CrossApplicationNavigationService to navigate from app A to app B. With this service, is it possible that app B be opened in a new tab or new window?

There are various methods JS window.open or HTML target="_blank" to achieve this via native code, but this question is specifc to CrossApp service.

I do not see any options for a new tab/window when using the cross app service.
