Issues when standard app 'Transfer Stock - Cross-Plant' (F1957) extension tried via BAS

Hi Experts,

We have the standard app called  'Transfer Stock - Cross-Plant' app ID F1957.

I need to create an adaptation project for this app with field modifications and controller extension. Since this is app is having synchronous view, BAS  suggested to create Extension Project. So, I went with that. But in the next step Create Extension screen is not loading and is blank.

When I checked the console, error is present. Because of which, it was not opening it seems.

Kindly suggest what needs to be done for this issue.
