How to establish connection between SAP PI (7.4) to Microsoft dynamic CRM (Cloud).

Dear All,

We have a requirement to establish connection between SAP PI (7.4) to Microsoft dynamic CRM (Cloud) and also operate the database.

So far i found below are the options:

1.Advantco dynamic CRM adapter

2.Microsoft Scribe.

Could you please guide on this and also kindly expline how?

Hi,

You can do this using REST APIs, all MS dynamics CRM processes can work with REST so you can use rest adapter to connect.

We have done this in one project.

As per the requirement, we need to operate the CRM database by using query and Look up. can you please suggest if this can possible?
