Hello SAP Gurus,

Need your urgent support on cloud connectivity issue.

While trying to add new subaccount (Neo) inside the cloud connector(2.12.4) getting the below error .

417 Check whether the region host specifies a correct SAP Cloud Platform region. See ''Log And Trace Files'' and in particular ljs_trace.log for details.

Region : US East Sterling(us3.hana.ondemand.com)

Also while checking ljs_trace.logs getting below messages :

Hi Ashwani,

Could you check from a browser if this URL can be accessed:

https://connectivitycertsigning.us3.hana.ondemand.com:443/certificate/management/v1/trusted/ca/accou...

in the popup enter the same logon credentials as in the cloud connector.

You should receive a certificate in the browser:

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/ASJAVA/SAP+Cloud+Connector+subaccount+registration#SAPCloudCon...

If the access works from the browser check if the same proxy is configured in the browser and cloud connector.

Of course, an issue could be with the connectivity service as well.
