Data growth in BI Production server

Hi Experts,

Data growth in BI Production server is getting very high compare to R3 Production server...How to delete the excess data ? from where?

Hi,

As our friends said, delete PSA, change log tables data .....finally Achieving will do.

Maintain 1 financial year data if you really doubt about mismatch between R3 and BI.If the load is full upload then you maintain 1week/1month data.

There wont be any effect on Infoproviders data.

Use DB02 tcode to find the free space in BI.In my project there are no Process chains to delete PSA and change log and before me no one deleted manually as-well.So When I delete those data(nearly 5years data), free space in BI increased from 4% to 62%.
