Created a Custom Work centre , But it is not visible while i am trying to enable and view it in Business Roles

You might need to deploy the business configuration(right-click on the solution in project explorer view and select "Deploy Business Configuration").
Once done then re-login...Ideally workcenetr should be visible now.
