Crystal reports does not print details section in order A-B-C-D-E-F...

Why printout does not follow the report design? I need items to be printed in simple order details A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H...

and instead I got A-F-G-C-H (B-D-E are suppressed when blank). So I need to move C after A to keep the order.

How?

What could be happening is that this order is determined when the database query is returned to CR.  i.e. In the page in your screenshot there might be a single Group 1 instance with multiple records / more than 1 Details instance. To check for that, look at the number of Records in the status bar to see if there are multiple records for the Group 1 instance. If this does look like the issue, use the Report menu > Record Sort Expert to specify the order based on your report canvas fields and formulas.

p.s. As an alternative design method consider doing this. Instead of using Details sections, use Group Footer sections instead. In those Group Footer sections, add group level Maximum summaries on the fields and formulas that you use in your Details section.
