Here, we have a guideline for programming like in many other companies and sometimes it was noted. Now we are working on a new guidline an want to check it with the code inspector (manually) and later at the transport management.
The wish is that the code inspector checks should only test source code created after a defined day. So that changes at old code aren't checked.
I didn't find an entry point for the implementation for such a reduce of the objects that works in old SE*, in SCII or ATC (for Eclipse).
Any idea for me to solve the problem?
I have not used it myselfe yet, but I think in ATC, the concept you're looking for is "baseline":
