BPM email notification fail

hi all,

i have configured tcbpembase~ear at NWA,

and still not getting email notification from BPM process.

when i look at the trace, i have this:

Error sending notification email to recipient recipient/@/sap.com. Reason: com.sap.bpem.base.mail.MailException: Cannot send e-mail: [EOF]

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.bpem.base.mail.MailException: Cannot send e-mail: [EOF]

at com.sap.bpem.base.mail.Send.doSend(Send.java:169)

at com.sap.bpem.base.mail.Send.send(Send.java:120)

at com.sap.bpem.base.mail.MailSenderBean.doSend(MailSenderBean.java:43)

have you configured the java mail service?

what's this recipient/@/sap.com?

hi, i have change the email address at forum here just to hide the actual email address.. so nothing wrong in the email address/format...

it is the standard email notification via BPM , which fail to see any email delivered

yes... java mail services configured, and tc-bpem-base.ear is configured too, and instance restarted after it..

1. make a small ejb or web dynpro program to test the mail service

2. check with your mail admin to see if it is allowed to send mail from your CE server host
