Hello Fong,
Long time! how are you? Convey my regards to Carolyn and Margie
So coming to your question, there should be a job in IDM similar to below.
Disable all the passes and enable only printer related passes and run the job. It should read all the printers set up in ECC and load it into IDM.
Kind regards,
Jai

Hi Fong,
You can follow what Jai has mentioned or else you can add the new entries manually from the respective printer reference attribute.
go to output device attribute under the identity store schema, ope attribute values tab and you can add the new values to the attribute using the below options
Field | Description |
---|---|
Value | Select to define a list with legal values for the attribute. Choose the following:
|
SQL query | Select SQL query and enter a query that is used to retrieve the legal values for the attribute. |
Value help | Select Value help and enter a reference to a table containing the value help. |
Table name | Enter the name of the table containing the value help. The table that is installed with the product is mxi_AttrValueHelp. |
Values ID | Enter the ID for the values that should be displayed for this attribute (ValID). |
Language dependent | Select this option to specify that the values for this attribute are language dependent. |
Regards,
DP

First place I would look is the online documentation. This is always the most up to date piece of information SAP has for IDM. Plus, it's completely searchable! You don't have to page through a bunch of PDFs and hope to find what you need. You just type in a search team and several pages will come back. Hopefully this will help.
