I have 2 support team and 2 message processor respectively in Incident management, in my widget(my messages), I have to show person responsible as both the message processor respectively depends on the status. But I am not able to assign function category as 0008 person responsible for more than 1 business partner.
How do i achieve to show the person responsible as level 1 processor when the status in level 1 and level 2 processor when the status in level 2.
