OS Collector display only Zero's

hi!!!

I am facing problem with ST06. In ST06 it is collecting data from last few days , it will not collect data and shows values 0 in ST06->Detailed Analysis->within the server last 30 days

I had check the status - it is running ,

find the attached screes shots so that  u can find in out of the  one of the application server it is working fine and showing all the details

Please suggest

Hello Shivakumar ,

Could You please check the log file of SAPOSCOL : dev_coll . Please make sure the SHM segment is available and SAPOSCOL is runing under the 'root' user ( ps -ef | grep saposcol) :

Please check the out put of command:  'saposcol -o'

To see the OS statistics History information in the transaction ST06N the CPH data collection needs to be activated for the system and the related MTE-class. With the transaction RZ23N the CPH (Central
Performance History) can be configured, activated and reported. CPH is based on a system, a MTE class and a data collection and reorganization schema. At first the correct data collection and reorganization schema needs to be defined in the transaction RZ23N

If SAPOSCOL is working fine then Please go through following sap notes as per your SAP release. It might be helpful.

Note 498112 - SAPOSCOL: Disk and file system filter

Note 336120 - ST06/OS06: No data for 'recent days'

Note 688131 - Windows: missing data in ST06/OS06

Note 977475 - ST06, OS07: No history data for different servers

Kindly refer the SAP Note 189072 - ST06/OS06: No data or incorrect data displayed
