Hi Friends,
Our client has decided to delete all the quries that are not used for the past 2 years.
I have collected them and there are around 8000.
Now i have to delete them along with the workbooks.
Is there any SAP Defined program to delete the selected quries.
Please suggest me a method to do that.
Regards
Sundaresan
try with RSZDELETE transaction by specifying required filters...

Hi:
I have tried to delete queries by tcode rszdelete. but how would i get exact numbers of entries which has been deleted from RSZ tables ? I meant like query ref element table rszeltxref table - which always has enormous entries - how do i know that if i deleted 800 queries then how many number of entries it should delete from this table ?
any one any idea? please guide - thank you in advance
do this before and after using rszdelete.
use se16 t-code
specify your table rszeltxref
click on "Number of enteries"
the difference before and after will tell you how many enteries you deleted with rszdelete.
I hope this helps.

Manoj,
Thank you for your response....
well i did check the number of entries before and after in se16.
what i was asking is i expected more entries to be deleted from rszeltxref table and other query element tables but it ddint...so what are the criterias by which it deletes number of records from any query element/referenced tables when we delete any query ?
Hi
I know one transaction which is used to delete but will that allow RSZDELETE to delet mass quries.
Thanks
