Map S4HANA GLAccount Type to SAC Account type

Hi

The GL chart of accounts in S4 ( provided by I_GLAccountInChartOfAccounts or A_GLAccountInChartOfAccounts ) has GL Account types as X ( Balance Sheet ) , N ( Non Operating Income or Loss ) , P ( Primary Cost rev profit and loss ), S ( secondary cost ) .

But in SAC the allowed types are INC ( Income ) , EXP ( EXP ) , AST ( Asset ) , LEQ ( Liability and Equity ) . How do we map S4HANA Gl Account type to SAC Account type for loading the GL Account master data .

Hi Rajarshi,

the SAC account type is included in the S/4HANA OData service C_GLACCOUNTHIERARCHYNODE_SRV and can be mapped 1:1 to the SAC account type.

I am not getting correct value of SAC Account type while importing FSV Hierarchies. Do you know what configuration needs to be done in S/4HANA to get correct values in SAC

Hello Sachin,

The standard CDS view has following logic. Please check your FSV settings. Further, you can refer FSV ID FPA1 settings for reference.

Any idea how SAC Account Type is getting generated as I am not getting correct values for my Revenue account. What is driving this derivation?
