CPU Core Count details and Ramp-up possibility

Dear Experts,

I need your suggestion on the below queries as when we are choosing any RISE BASE/PREM edition the S4HANA Production application server RAM size is coming as 64GB and consists of 8-core CPU. Now my questions on the below -

1. As we can increase the RAM size to 128 - 256 till 512 GB for the application server. Will the CPU core increase along with ?

2. If yes, then is it by default provided by SAP when the server RAM size increase ? Or do we need to take into account for any additional Product ID along with the memory increase ?

3. Also if I want to only increase the CPU Core without increasing the RAM, will it be possible ?
