Intermittent message when logging onto SAC

Hi,

I receive the following error message shown in the screenshot below when trying to log onto SAC. This message does not appear every time I try and log on it just appears randomly. The only thing it says is "Where to?" does anyone know what is causing this to appear.

Hi Stephen,

Ok, could it be that you are not always browsing to the full correct address of your SAC tenant? So you basically land on a page in the SAC application which is not restricted but there is no UI to navigate as well. I would say keep an eye on your URL when this occurs and post it.

Hi Martijn,

Apologies for the delayed response. I have bookmarked the URL so I should be going to the same URL each time. We have just had this happen on another client's tenant so something strange is going on. I think I will need to try and investigate this further.

Hi Stephen,

Is you SAC tenant connected to a custom IdP? What is the response when you browse to your SAC tenant URL via an incognito browser session in Chrome?

Hi Martijn,

Thanks for your response. The SAC tenant is not connected to a custom IdP it is just using a basic user setup in SAC. As I mentioned, the message only appears randomly so knowing when it is going to happen is hard to tell. I have just tried accessing SAC via an incognito session and it worked but it also worked when I tried it via a normal session.

I will continue to access it via an incognito session to see what happens if and when it fails.
