Hi dear all,
I got and error on my stack file and opened a message with sap. What they recomended me to do is to update ABAP/JAVA stack in SMSY and generate a new moz transaction. It will solve my problem, now I´m asking you how do I do it?
How do I update the ABAP/JAVA stack in SMSY?
Best regards,
Nelson Chamba\
Hi Nelson,
Things to do on Dualstack Side
1. In SLDAPICUST transcation maintain the SLDDSUSER and password, port hostname of sld.
2. Test the connection.
3. Run RZ70 transaction.
In java system , it is necessary to maintain the system in SLD so that you can see the java system in technical system of smsy transaction.
For 7.0 to 7.03 , you need to set the sld data supplier from visualadmin.
Steps1 : Logon to visualadmin and look for slddatasupplier service and then click the http settings.
step 2 : Enter the user (slddsuser). hostname of sld and port number.
In 7.1 , you need to do it from nwa.
Step 1: - open the nwa by entering the url : http://<hostname>:<port>/nwa of your java system.
Step 2:- Configure Management->security->Destination. Click on destination.
step 3 : Select the SLD_DataSupplier and maintain the connection.
Now run the SMSY_SETUP transaction and execute the job.
1. Now you need to maintain the ABAP and Java system correctly.
Sometimes we don't maintain the correct logical component for the ABAP system or java system.
e.g sap netweaver 7.01 is added under SAP Netweaver 7.1 as result stacks.xml didn't generate properly . so check the logical component as well(very important).

Dear Ashutosh,
The SLD is new for me and was configured by another person so please be patient.
1. The first print screen shows you the result of the SLDAPICUST. The connection is Ok for the ABAP but not for the JAVA.
2. RZ70 transactions as the second screen shot shows, for me it looks fine, please comment.
I moved to step 1, I logged on to the visual admin and here i really don´t know what to do? Please check my screenshot, maybe will help clarifying something.
So please after that how do I preceed?
Best regards,

Dear Ashutosh,
Thank you for your help, yes I can see the SLD. So I went to the last step SMSY_SETUP and started immediate but can´t see nothing going on, maybe is running on the background but I would like to see if it´s ok or not.
But so far the help was great, some screen shots just to confirm

Hi Nelson,
In background LANDSCAPE FETCH job will run when you trigger execute from SMSY_SETUP transaction.
In SMSY transaction you need to check the java system which you have added.
check the SLDCHECK transaction and on running the SLDCHECK transaction a browser of sld will open.
Please check and revert.

First thing is to find out which SLD is ur central SLD to which your solution manager is connected......
For ABAP --- goto RZ70 in satellite system and give the central SLD details
For JAVA --- goto NWA or VA....
