How to mark the top of the SAC filter panel

In the optimized performance experience, it will appear on the left side of the filtering panel after the 2Q update. Is it possible to change it to allow access by clicking on the top, the same as the previous version?

Hi heejujoung, 

  From your screenshot, seems you are in the new 'Present mode' of the story. I would suggest:

• Still open in view mode by default. You can set it via story setting -> View time setting -> Navigation -> open default in view mode. 
• Not showing filter panel by default in view mode. You can set it via story setting -> View time setting  -> Filter panel -> View time configuration -> Hidden .
