how can i trigger workflow in SAP build process Automation from sapui5 Simple Form

Project Explaination :

I have created simple ui form with following fields

 1.customerName

 2.orderNumber

 3.orderAmount

 4.orderDate

 5.shippingCountry

 6.expectedDeliveryDate

As well as created submit button on submission submit button will have to trigger SBPA workflow.

Issue:

After submitting I am getting 503 error(service unavailable) for the reference I attached controller.js, xs-app.json and output  screenshot. I tried using postman it works fine but not able to trigger workflow by using sapui5 form. Even I checked destination all fields are correct.

What should I make changes for solving this issue?
