Full-Text Search and Solution Database

Hi,

I have installed TREX 7.0 and I have done integration between SOLMAN and TREX but how to check Full-Text Search in solution database for service desk.

I am able to save solutions in solution database but how to search?

Hello Siva,

Just go to CRM_UI tcode, than on left menu choose Incident Management ->Incidents and choose like below:
