Fiori Tools - Data Source and Service Selection - Cannot connect to OData service

Hi Experts,

I am trying to follow this tutorial:

But when I reach Step 3: Configure service for List Report Object Page, Application Generator can't connect to OData Service https://sapes5.sapdevcenter.com/sap/opu/odata/sap/SEPMRA_PROD_MAN/

On the first try, I fill OData Service field, and the following message appears:

I can still go on, if I delete field content and fill again with the same value. But then, the following message is shown:

I am able to connect to the service through the browser, and see all service data. But through Application Generator, I can't.

Could you please help me here?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I took a while because I wanted to test all the possibilities.

I tried with and without the proxy configured in npm, and inside/outside the company network.

Nothing works for me...

Any ideas?

Hello Daniel,

Are you behind a corporate proxy by any chance? I've tested that flow above and it should work. If you are using a proxy, you may need to update the proxy settings in VSCode. If you browse to the settings in VSCode and search for 'proxy', you should see the settings that need to be updated.
