Log on to CMC or BI Launch is not authenticating my Credentials.

Hi,

I have Installed SAP Crystal Server 2020 on Windows Server. After Successful installation, I'm trying to log in to CMC and BI Launch UI. But strange thing both are not able to authenticate my credentials. below is the error.

'Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008).

I'm using the same credentials that I use to log in to the server where I have Installed Crystal Server. And also, I'm using the same password which I have used in while configuring CMS account in installation was wizard.  Still, I'm not able to login. Any hint where I'm missing? 

If at all how to reset account details after installation and use?  Please suggest.

Annoying. Does this have its Own User store? what I'm supposed to be using for credentials.

I suggest logging an Incident and get the Admin Team to help you log in.
