Fiori PR Approval App could not able to get approval details

Hello Team,

We deploy a Fiori Standard app for PR Approval. Now When First level Approval approved PR and Put Some Comment the second Approval can see that comment in text but he could not able to see the approval name and details.

Please check below screenshot.

Approval Name is missing only i got approval comments. How can we get the approval name .

You will have to extend the standard app to fetch and display the approver details along with the comments entered.

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for your reply but what i think issue with authorization because when i assign sap_all profile to the particular user then user can see the name of approval and forward that work item also but if i remove that profile from the user then user cant see the approval name as well cant forward the work item.

Hi Trupti,

You should be checking su53 from backend system rather than gateway. Some auth objects might be missing. Are there any ?
