Exploring the Consequences of Removing Report Templates: Fonts, Attachments, UDF Values, ERP Errors

Hello everyone,

We're contemplating removing various report templates like fonts, attachments, UDF values, ERP errors, etc., which have been available since the start. What insights or advice do you have on the potential impacts of such a decision?

Hi Sakil

Yes absolutely, it's a great idea to clean up and leave only what's required.

My advice is to grab a copy of the report template file (a zip file) and store it in a safe location. Just in case.

Then delete the report template. It's easy to do also from the Admin interface by selecting a company and then going to Reports → Report Templates.
