Hi Prerna,

RESOURCE_EXCEPTION: Either Software component version with GUID:256d1cd2dc7311e59e82000000b44ae2 or operations mapping with GUID:a9a9978a994f34349ee004724832f875 not found in Integration Directory{}

You get above error if you call the operation mapping with in the BPM and the operation mapping and software components are not in CPA cache, you created the operation mapping in ESR and import into BPM but some reason the operation mapping was not updated in the cache that is you get above error. actually i got same scenario i deleted the operation mapping from ESR after i deployed the BPM, when i test the operation mapping in wsnavigator i got the exact same error which you mentioned.

Praveen.

I get this error in NWDS, when I try to open the Service Refrence.

Hi Prerna,

I gave the answer for your initial error not the second error. For the second error make sure you use the right version of nwds as per this blog

Thank you for your help Praveen!

I wanted to confirm one thing:

The steps I followed for the scenario are:

1. Configuration in ESR

2. Process creation/Mapping in Process Development

3. Deployment in Development Infrastructure.

Could you Please confirm if these steps are right.

Hi Prerna,

It is cache problem, can you able to see your mapping in the cache?? check in NWA->Cache Monitor is your mapping appear there, if not make a dummy change and activate the operation mapping.

Praveen.

Hello Prerna,

Are you using any mapping in the ID as well?

Make sure cache is up to date and local system is selected for Operation mapping service interface.

Hello praveen,

Yes you are right I did not see entry for Operation Mapping.

I made dummy changes in Operation Mapping and Activated it(in NWDS).

But still no entry.

Hello prena,

In the NWDS only, expand the project and you can see.

Hello,

I have checked both the points.

Cache is up to date and local system is selected for Operation mapping service interface.

But still the issue is unresolved.

Also, I cannot see anything in operation mapping

Please help!

The error is same.

Can you help me with this error line"Check if required operations mapping and Software component version are available in Integration Directory."

I have not done any configurations for this.

Hello Prerna,

I used to get this error intially when I started the process with BPM.

Believe I solved it just un-deploying deleting and deploying.

And can you say which functions are used in the operation mapping imported in the NWDS?

All the objects are stored in CPA cache whether it is repository or directory that is why system complaining mapping not available in directory cache, after you activated the changes in the repository the cache will be updated, there is connectivity problem between repository and directory that is why the cache is not updating.

check in repository environment->cache notifications for any errors

Hello Prerna,

In the service reference of NWBPM did you select local system for operation mapping?

And for service interfaces it should be XI with the business component mentioned.

IF everything is fine try removing the SWCV from the second flow(flow from NWBPM) or try creating a new process and check.
