Error BRAIN 659

Hello all,

I have a problem with a query web execution. I created an EXIT variable that is calculated from another variable in BW exit. I activated the exit and everything is OK. However when I try to execute the query an error appears:

ERROR BRAIN 659: "Function module does not exist for SAP exit variable ZVACONT" (ZVACONT is my exit variable).

But the procedure system proposes me, doesn't´t help me:

"Check if the RSVAREXIT_ZVACONT function module exists in the system.

If the function module exists but is inactive, activate it (transaction SE37).

If the function module does not exist in the system, check if the Business Content was correctly transferred, or if the function module was somehow incorrectly delivered by SAP. "

Function module "RSVAREXIT_ZVACONT" doesn´t exist in transaction SE37.

This is the first time this happends to me and I don´t know the solution.

Could anybody help me?

Carmen,

I think you have selected "SAP exit" while defining the veriable instaed of "Customer Exit".

if this is the case..

Redefine the "processing type" as "Customer exit".
