Hi Santhosh,

You need an ABAP stack and a Java Add in on that ABAP stack to configure it for MI server.

So, get the documents from Service Market Place (https://service.sap.com/instguides) pertaining to your Operating SystemDatabase Combination to install NetWeaver ABAPJAVA WebAS.

Then follow the docs to install the same. Once you are thorough with installation and Patching up, get the MI Config doc from the same service market place correpsonding to your patch level.
