Hello!
We want to start to sign digitally e-mails sent out from ERP6 Ehp6 with SPS17.
For that we created Local PSE under STRUST/'SMIME Standard', added it into 'Certificate List' and exported into 'Addr. Book'. Saved all and restarted the ICM.
Under SCOT - Settings - SMTP Connection - Outbound Messages - Settings on list 'Signature & Encryption' we set Signature to 'SAPconnect' and saved it.
We inserted an e-mail address into table under STRUST - Environment - S/MIME Identities with values:
S/MIME = DFAULT
Application = Standard
Logical Name = user.name@company.com
Under user parameters we set BCSSIGN = X
We can send digitally signed e-mails, but only with user who's e-mail address is user.name@company.com. No other users e-mails are digitally signed.
It seems, that SAP accepts only one e-mail address in table 'S/MIME Identities of Client'
Is it possible to send digitally signed e-mails by multiple users?
Regards,
Mart Mättikas
Years later, I think the answer is still: no. The SAP system will use the same key to sign/encrypt emails. Or did you find a solution?
