Crystal Reports 2011 (14.0.4.728 RTM)

Is there an OCX for this version of Crystal Reports.  We require it for legacy programs that use Version 4.5.1. that we want to upgrade from?

No, there is no OCX available since Crystal XI.

Also 4.5 is a very old version that has been out of support for about 20 years.  There were major changes to the internal structure of the .rpt file starting with Crystal 9, so your 4.5 reports will not run with the most recent versions of the SDK (.NET or Java).
