CPI TPM error

Hi all,

has anyone already set up the TPM on CPI? We are actually staring with TPM and facing the following issue:

This is happening in the “Setp 1 Sender SOAP Communication Flow”. I am not sure why we are getting this issue. Maybe it is related to the payload we use for testing. Does anyone has an advise?

Hi David,

looks like your payload does not contain the correct Sender- and Receiver-ID. These are used for the Partner Directory lookup and need to be the same as in the TPM agreement. In addition, make sure to activate the agreement to push the artifacts to the Partner Directory.

We have activated the agreement.

Can you share a sample payload with me? Because I am not sure what do you mean Sender and Receiver ID in the payload. Where do I have to place them?

Hi David,

you will find a sample SOAP Payload for Sales Order on this SAP Help Page: Sales Order/Customer Return - Create, Update, Cancel (B2B). The MessageHeader includes the Sender and Recipient Details.

Which Type System are you using in your agreement?
