We have an multi tenant SaaS on SAP BTP, which is an SAP CAP-based application. Our application is bound to the Job Scheduler Service via MTA, ensuring that the binding is created for every application instance. Each customer tenant subscribed to our application can create a job for their sub-account. However, for a specific customer sub-account, the job is not being created, and I am receiving the following error:

Additionally, I am using the customer authentication url (https://<subdomain>.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/oauth/token) provided by Authorization and Trust Management Service (xsuaa) instance and the client ID and client secret of the Job Scheduler instance of our provider account. Any insights or suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
