Hello,
I'm using SAP HANA Cloud Foundry trial account and trying to create hdi-shared container service instance for test uses.
I've repeatedly got following result: Instance with the status: "Creation failed".
Also, same result I had from command string cloud foundry command.
cf create-service hanatrial hdi-shared myhana
I had a message: "Failed to open connection to the database, because of: Failed to get connection for database '4e7659f0-cbae-4064-afb7-12f9d2b21ec8:trialdb01' (jdbc:sap://10.253.93.93:30041), because of: Data receive failed [Read timed out (local port 51608 to address 10.239.0.6 (cf86c5de-d46a-4846-75f7-c695), remote port 30041 to address 10.253.93.93 (ip-10-253-93-93.eu-central-1.compute.internal))]"
What steps should I do to create service or get additional details on this issue?
Thank you
