Cloud connector reconnect timing

What is the timing on when a cloud connector will lose a connection to the BTP or target due to a system outage. How often is the reconnection attempted and for how long are the attempts to reconnect made ?

I made same question in an oss message and i didnt get a valuable answer therefore I don't have a bullet proof answer but, based on my experience (and mostly from the audit log with debug settings), the pongs happen every 1/10 of a second and the attempts to reconnect are made endless

I have found a description, but it is also not confirmed.

After the connection is lost, an attempt to re-connect will be made within 30 seconds. If the attempt fails, the next attempt will be made in 60 seconds, if that attempt fails, the next attempt will be made in 90 seconds, the interval will increase 30 seconds after each failed attempt and continue in this manner for 129 more attempts (total 130). Then discontinue.

I will post here when / if this is confirmed.
