Cannot load tile for Incident Management Dashboard

Hi

After configured scenario IT Service Desk and Request on SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP07 I cannot display tile in Incident Management Dashboard. I've checked oss note

2384798 - Fiori tiles for IT Service and Change Management Dashboard never load - Solution Manager

and related notes but the problem persists. Thanks and BR

I've already done steps you mentioned w/o errors for transaction Type ZMIV and ZMRQ

Hello there,

Check and execute "Configure BW Reporting" step, both BW Content Activation and Transaction Types for Reporting. Only selected ones are collected for dashboard data.

Hi Yogesh, I've created user IM_ADM_<SID> and assigned all roles as susgested in configuration Step 8.4 of SOLMAN_SETUP in scenario IT Service Management. I've attached screen shot to show you roles assigned to user. Thanks and BRitsm-roles.pngitsm-dashboard.png

Hope you have a role assigned to the user

When you configured system it is creating demousers you can assign roles accordingly
