Can't reuse BEx connection for calling RFC Enabled ABAP Function Modules

Hi!

When I use SAP GUI 7.30, BEx connection as described in note 2179529 - Calling RFC Enabled ABAP Function Modules in a BEx Analyzer workbook via VBA is reused successfully in my VBA macros. But when I try to reuse BEx connection in SAP GUI 7.50 (with corresponding BI Addon) it doesn't work - BExAnalyzer.xla!sapBEXgetConnection returns no connection.

Has anyone faced the same problem?

We have this problem too...

There is a note 2541995 which should fix this but in note 2179529 the sap added on 04.10.2017 that the SAP.Functions-Control is not supported with NCo3 anymore. So we are stuck ... has anyone solved this problem?

I opened a message but i would like to solve this issue as soon as possible ...

We have installed all latest updates for BeX and Gui 7.50, but the problem still exists (though note 2467180 was expected to fix it with one of the latest patches):(

SAP GUI 7.5 Patch 303 should fix this Problem. But at the moment I am waiting for this patch on our test System. So at the moment I can't verify this.
