Basic Config, Step 6 error: Enable Engagement Reports data transfer

Dear experts,

I am in Basic Configuration, Step 6 (Solman 7.1 SP08). in second part (Enable Engagement Reports data transfer) I am having problem and getting error.

1. If I try using the link in Solman_Setup, I am getting the error:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Syntax error in program SAPLE2E_ESREP_FUNC . (termination: RABAX_STATE)

2. If I follow the documentation and Run program AGS_ESR_ACT I get:

ESR: BI content data exchange setup is not successful.Extractor setup is not executed

I have tried to follow the documentation and the specific notes, but i still continue to get the error.

Please guide me how to overcome this issue.

What about this note 1878263 - /1CAGTF/IF_LOGFUNC_000594 missing - SM:EXEC SERVICES is dumping on RDSVASIEW_DBORA________...?
