We would like to give our customers the chance to connect and exchange ideas on this topic during the SAP Signavio Customer Community Tour taking place this year.
Our event in Berlin has brought together 17 SAP Signavio customers from the retail, public and transportation sectors, as well as the automotive, manufacturing, services and banking industries. The interactive format offered them the opportunity to discuss case studies and best practices for building a process-driven organization and a streamlined process management approach.
One of our customers, a public transportation company, gave insights into their approach to using the full SAP Signavio suite to discover, streamline and improve their processes. They have uncovered various new use cases within the organization and highlighted the importance of continuous leadership support and focus on change management during their process transformation journey.
Another customer and partner, an international consulting company, explained how documenting and publishing processes has helped increase transparency and knowledge sharing across their organization, thus achieving a smoother and more streamlined onboarding of new employees. Their approach to model processes starts with an interview, in which process experts are to explain various process steps. Later, a different employee, who is less familiar with the process, will try to execute the process based on the process model. “Our process model is complete, when the employee can follow the process without needing clarification on process steps”.
The event also included a workshop on digital innovation and process automation with real-time demos from SAP Labs and enough space to address the actual risks of using AI. Participants provided detailed feedback to our product experts and gained exclusive insights into upcoming features and developments.
Our tour continues with customer community events in München, Vienna, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Zürich and Walldorf throughout the year.
