 2. Drafting your blog post/success story:

Tip: You can also draft your blog post in a Microsoft Word document and shift the content later to the SAP Community platform’s content draft mode if you like (I prefer to do that to have a copy just in case I need it later).

If not, creating a draft in the community is also completely reliable and allows you to make the right format for your blog post (including image files and text formats) and helps you work on your draft whenever you are logged in.

Tour the SAP Community 2024 to acquaint yourself with the established guidelines and maximize your membership benefits. This tour will guide you on managing your blog posts within the SAP Community, provide handy advice for enhancing your blog posts, and help you engage better with your audience. Please note, this tutorial is a prerequisite for blogging in the SAP Community.

Now, when you first encounter the 'New Article' page or the content draft mode in the community, you'll find several fields to fill in.

3. Crafting a compelling success story:

Here are few tips to get you started:

  1. Title: Be creative and make your title stand out. The title should clearly represent your story.
  2. Content: Provide enough context for the readers to understand your successes and challenges. Describe your problem and how SAP Signavio provided the solution for you. Remember, the best blog posts are relevant, helpful, and engaging.
  3. Images and Videos: Consider including related images or graphics about your success to make your blog livelier. Unfortunately, embedding video on the blog post is not possible but as a workaround, you can simply link your video if it is situated on a third-party website (For example: YouTube, Vimeo)
  4. Proofread: Before publishing, be sure to proofread your blog for any typographical errors.

4. Final Step: Publishing and Sharing your blog post/success story:

And that’s it! You finished crafting the perfect blog post/success story.
Before publishing:

  1. Remember to tag the relevant managed tags on the section (as shown in the image below)
